AQUILO III

The Aquilo III rocket meet an untimely end. The launch saw the tragic loss of the rocket.  At ignition, the rocket immediately exploded. There was a failure of the retainer bolts in the forward closure. The bolts were too short, which lead to a structural failure. After the failure, the engine was updated and upgraded to a snap-ring design.
