Phase 1 – Application

Complete your application by submitting the required documents. Your submission will be reviewed to determine your eligibility for the next phase.

Phase 2 – Interview

If selected, you will receive an email invitation for an interview. Once a date and time are confirmed, you will participate in a 30- to 60-minute interview. This phase will determine your selection for the team.

Phase 3 – Results

You will receive a final decision via email, informing you of your acceptance or rejection. If accepted, the email will include the next steps to proceed.

Important Note:
A positive Binding Study Advice (BSA) is required to officially join the team for the next academic year. If you are selected for an interview, you will be asked to provide your current credit count to determine your eligibility for a positive BSA.
